- 0 smoking: living in an environment without tobacco smoke and not smoking
- 5 portions of fruit and vegetables per day: have a healthy diet including at least 5 fruits and vegetables per day
- 30 minutes of physical activity per day: have an active lifestyle by participating in at least 30 minutes of physical activity per day
The strategy of 0-5-30 aims to modify the environment (physical, social and economic): of the workplace and the municipality in order to attain an environment that will encourage the adoption and maintenance of healthy habits by the population. In addition, many effective interventions exist to modify adult lifestyle habits. Adults are also the frontline examples for children.
