The integrated dynamic balance program is designed to prevent falls. Lasting 12 weeks, this program provides exercises to improve balance and muscle strength in the legs, advice about avoiding falls in the home, easy exercises to do at home, information sheets on healthy lifestyles, safe behaviour, and how to organize the home safely.

The PIED program is aimed at people aged 65 or older who have already experienced a fall or who are concerned about falling.
